What information do I need to set up or change my banking information with TD Insurance?
You can setup or change your pre-authorized debit (PAD) banking information quickly and easily in TD MyInsurance. Simply register or login and select ‘My Billing’, then ‘Modify Payment Plan’. You’ll need the following information:
- 3-digit institution number
- 5-digit transit number
- Account number (length varies by institution)
- Primary and secondary (if applicable) account holder name.
Many banks make this information available through their online banking, including TD in EasyWeb. This is usually a downloadable PDF, and often referred to as a Direct Deposit or Pre-Authorized Debit form. You can also find the same information at the bottom of a cheque associated with the account.
You can also change your Credit Card information here, and you will need the following information:
- Credit Card holder
- Credit Card number
- CVC
- Expiry date
