It is recommended that the TD MyAdvantage app first be removed from your previous device before reinstalling on your new device. Provided you are still an active TD MyAdvantage user and are transitioning to a new device that is supported (Android or iOS), simply download the app, enter the e-mail address associated with your account, as well as your PIN, to load your driving history details.
