Policy Change Documents
Your policy documents are typically mailed out within 24-48 hours of any changes, however delivery times may vary depending on your location and/or postage delays. Renewal Documents
If your policy is automatically renewed, your documents are typically mailed 45 days in advance of your renewal date. If you have not received your renewal documents and have questions about the status of your policy, we invite you to use MyInsurance to speak with an Advisor through secure chat. Paperless Documents
If you have changed your document preferences to paperless for any or all of your policies, only certain documents will be sent to you by mail. If you have access to the Document Center within MyInsurance, you can view and download your policy document(s) from there. For a step-by-step overview of how to manage your document preferences, visit our online tutorial. Upon completion, you'll be prompted to return to our Online Services pages to login or register for MyInsurance.
