What can I expect during the car repair process for my TD auto claim?

The repair process is generally quick and simple.

You can drop off your vehicle at one of our approved preferred facilities where they will assess your vehicle's damage, and explain the process and answer your questions. If you do choose one of our approved facilities such as a preferred shop or our TD Insurance Auto Centres, you will also be able to follow your claim status through MyInsurance by selecting 'My Claims' and the corresponding claim number.

If you've chosen your own shop, one of our TD Insurance Repair Advisors will schedule an appointment with you to assess your vehicle damages and answer your questions. You can arrange to leave your vehicle for repair at this time. 

If you have rental coverage, you can leave with your rental vehicle.  Once the vehicle is ready, the shop will let you know so you can pick it up.
