Can I visit a TD Insurance Auto Centre without an appointment?

For existing claims being handled through our TD Insurance Auto Centres, we recommend that you setup an appointment with our onsite Claims Advisor in advance to ensure they're readily available to help expedite your claim or answer your questions.

If you haven't yet opened an auto claim, you can start and submit a claim directly from the TD Insurance app, or by calling us first, either through the TD Insurance app, or directly by phone at 1-866-454-8910. Our Claims Advisors are ready to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note that our TD Insurance Auto Centres do not manage policy sales or service. If you require assistance with your auto insurance coverage, existing TD Insurance customers can review and make changes to their policies online with MyInsurance. Our Advisors are also available to support you through secure chat once you login.
