To file a travel insurance claim:

- We'll then send you a claim form within 2-5 business days. Your completed claim forms should be sent to:

In a medical emergency, if it is medically impossible for you to call prior to obtaining medical emergency treatment, call within 48 hours, or as soon as possible, or have someone call on your behalf. If you do not call our administrator before you obtain medical emergency treatment, your maximum benefit payable will be reduced to 80% of your medical expenses covered under this insurance, to a maximum of $30,000.
You must report your claim and provide supporting documentation to our administrator as soon as possible, but no later than one year after the date it occurred. We recommend sending them as soon as possible to avoid delays.
